Disclaimer for AirsoftSMITH, LLC -
It is the buyer's responsibility to read our policy prior to any purchase being made. In order to purchase any Airsoft toy or replica product from AirsoftSMITH, LLC, you must be at least 18 years of age in most states and 21 in some states. The purchaser of any product from AirsoftSMITH, LLC must not only be 18 years of age or 21 years of age depending on state of residency, but must also be aware of any and all Local or State law(s) governing the use of these products. The buyer must also be aware of any and all local or State law(s) that prohibit owning, purchasing, or discharging Airsoft toy or replica products in their jurisdiction. The Purchaser takes any and all responsibility in letting children under the age of 18 use purchased Airsoft products.

All Airsoft toy or replica products come with a permanent orange painted muzzle to comply with Federal Law. Any alteration, removal, or modification of the orange painted muzzle will violate State and/or Federal law and will void any and all warranties. Under Federal law, any use of an Airsoft toy or replica product used in a crime is the equivalent to using a real firearm and violators will be prosecuted as such.

AirsoftSMITH, LLC is a retail and Internet-based provider of Airsoft toy and replica products that comply with State and Federal legislation. It is the intent of AirsoftSMITH, LLC to be held harmless and free of any and all legal action arising from the use or purchase of the Airsoft toy or replica products that we sell.

You may place an online order with a credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards. We do not accept PayPal at this time.

1. We only sell items that are in stock. Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, proceed to the secure check-out system.
2. Verify items selected and make any necessary changes in your shopping cart. Once completed, select "Checkout". You will be asked to create an account (or login to a previously-created one). Your account will allow you to view previous orders and track your order 24 hours a day after we ship it.
3. Next, you will be requested to fill out all necessary information for shipping and billing.
4. Your E-mail address is needed to send you your order confirmation page that will contain your order number and receipt.
5. We ship Monday through Friday, same or next day after your order is received.

1. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. The weight of each item is added to your shopping cart and the calculated shipping fee is automatically added to your order. 2nd Day or Next Day Air requires phone verification of order before your package can be shipped. Please call our store during business hours at 614-273-0812. Failure to do so will delay the shipment of your order.
2. Sales tax where applicable: For Ohio residents, it is 6.75%. All other states are exempt from paying sales tax.
3. We ship Monday through Friday, same or next day after your order is received.
4. YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH YOUR BILLING ADDRESS FOR THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR AN INTERNET PURCHASE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE ON DELIVERY.
5. Green gas and HFC 134a gas cannot be shipped by AirsoftSMITH, llc to you. Retail store purchase and pickup only.
6. We do not take phone or fax orders, CODs, or PayPal at this time. Personal checks and Money Orders are accepted from repeat customers.
7. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. You must use a physical address.
8. We do not accept and therefore do not process international orders (including Canada and Mexico). This is due to insurance limitations and US Customs policies. If you place an international order, it will be canceled, your credit card refunded, and you will receive an e-mail message.
9. All internet orders over $200 require that we call you to verify your order prior to shipping. We also require signature at delivery for first-time customers.

1. No refunds or returns accepted on any items purchased online (all sales are final). Retail Store purchases may be returned within 3 business days with original receipt, and only if the products have not been opened or used in any way, at the discretion of AirsoftSMITH, LLC. Exceptions to this policy, such as used items, are at the discretion of AirsoftSMITH, LLC and may be returned with a 25% of the purchase price used merchandise fee applied.
2. We offer a 30-day, Manufacturer/Factory Defects Only Warranty (we replace the defective part) on the products we sell with the exception of KWA brand AEGs and GBBs. Complete and send in the KWA direct warranty card to receive their 45-day warranty. Return KWA products to KWA, and not to our store. Modification of any product, misuse, accident, or other negligence, disassembly, or use of BB's weighing less than 0.20g will immediately void all warranties.
3. Please take proper care of all Airsoft toy or replica products. Read all manufacturer instructions for product use, care, and personal safety. Please contact us with questions prior to forcing parts or taking tools and hammers to make adjustments. Be careful with battery wires (especially rear stock load), do not dangle battery by holding wires and only grasp white connectors to separate battery from AEG.

AirsoftSMITH is just as concerned about your privacy as you are. All information collected at this website is for internal use (completing orders, sending information or replies to inquiries, etc.) and we will not distribute/rent/sell any information to third parties.

Order security
All orders through AirsoftSMITH.com are processed through a secure server. 128 or 256-bit SSL encryption is used when you submit credit card or other confidential information. You may verify the encryption of a page by looking for a "closed" or "gold" lock icon in your web browser (in Firefox, the address bar will turn gold-colored for secure web pages). Credit card numbers are not stored in any database — any record of them is destroyed after they are submitted to our online processor. This processing request usually takes less than 10 seconds after you enter your credit card information.
Please note that IP addresses are logged for all orders, and fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of local, state, and federal laws.

Cookies
The only portion of AirsoftSMITH.com that uses cookies is our online store. The store uses cookies for the purpose of storing your shopping cart when you select products to purchase, and to keep you logged into the online store while you shop. These cookies expire and are deleted when you close your web browser.
