I ordered this vest and received it three days later. Unfortunately one of the snaps critical to maintaining the structure of the vest was broken. I contacted AirsoftSmith and received a reply within a few hours. I sent the vest back and they refunded my money. From my previous experience with Pantac gear I can tell you this is a high quality vest, I just got a lemon. As for AirsoftSmith's customer service, it is BY FAR the best I have ever dealt with. they blow Evike and Airsoft GI right out of the water. I would recommend this vest to anyone looking for a high quality vest doesn't want to spend the $200+ on Eagle gear. I would also recommended you buy it from this site. They can't be beat. 5/5 stars.
